THE MANIFESTATION OF GYNECOMASTIA IN MEN
Keywords:
male gynecomastia, endocrine diseasesAbstract
Gynecomastia is a one- or two-sided increase in the size of the mammary glands in males, which occurs due to the proliferation of glandular tissue or the formation of fatty deposits in the chest area. More often it is a benign pathology, but if it exists for a long time, it increases the risk of developing breast cancer. That is why it is important to identify the causes of gynecomastia in a timely manner and take the necessary measures to eliminate them. In order for gynecomastia treatment to be successful, you should seek help from our medical center as early as possible from the moment the symptoms of the disease appear – severe, neglected cases of pathology are more difficult to treat and often require more drastic measures.
